Bought early for Christmas (last year went out of stock) but looks good

Having ordered this in the sale as a gift on Sunday 30th it didn’t arrive . . then you promised to send it next day delivery on Friday 4th and it still hasn’t arrived I would definitely say that I am thoroughly disappointed with your lack of customer service and attention to detail!
